DSP Integras now includes Type-R
According to the June FasTrack (http://www.scca.com/_FileLibrary/Fil...6-fastrack.pdf) all 94-01 Integras are on the same line in DSP now, including the Type-Rs. Looks like Todd finally got his wish, now lets see him go beat up some BMWs!!!

On another note, if they actually going ahead with this (which is not a bad thing imo), it's about time they start moving some cars down from DSP. Like WTF is the 86-89 Integra still doing in DSP when one will be able to build a 200hp+ 94RS which is like 100lbs heavier and has a waaay better suspension? There are other cases like that in DSP as well...
So which chassis is lighter, RS or ITR? It makes for more interesting possibilities, but won't help against the BMW/Lexus DSP cars unless a much wider tire shows up that the car can run or the 6 cyl rear drive cars get moved.

Next year's letter: Get V6 RWD cars moved to ESP
Maybe when they run BSP times at nationals this year, I'll have a shot at that.
But, I still don't think you want 94-01 Integra (all) on the same line. That's asking for trouble IMO, in several different ways.

Ooh, oohh...I know the answer to that one!
All classes are ranges. Only when a car falls off the bottom of the higher class' performance *range* can it be considered for the next lower class. Just because it isn't as fast as the top car in its current class doesn't mean it goes down one. Otherwise, we'd have thousands of classes.

That's still wouldn't help. Both the Bimmer and the Lexus have inline sixes

Ok ok...let's try "6-cylinder" RWD cars (specifically those that can fit 285+ size tires).
Geez guys, gimme a break
Or, look at it this way:
ASP = RWD winner 04
BSP = RWD winner 04
CSP = RWD winner 04
DSP = RWD winner 04
ESP = RWD winner 04
FSP = FWD winner 04
I think we have enough RWD SP classes

Off topic, but I wouldn't be surprised if ESP = AWD winner 05...

I'm waiting for the results from an event with the well prepped and driven Evo's in ESP and 325's in DSP to see how they compare to each other. At two national tours the fastest SP car was in DSP. With the cars in each class and the tires available at this time, there is zero chance of a car that cannot run the big tires, 265+, having a chance in DSP.
