problem with engine light

Default problem with engine light

i justput on a high flow cat i ran my car for about thirty miles and my engine light came on i took it to a shop and it said that the cat was bad does any body have any ideas about this please help

Just so you know, those aren't real cats, they're test pipes......

did u check ur own codes to see if it was right?

yeah i picked the cat up from ebay its a 2000 civic ex 1.6 vtec

ur o2 sensor is prob pickin up a code.
so either the o2 is bad on the install, or the cat is not a a good one like someone said
