This will get you through removing the tranny (courtesy of Bauley)
---> https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=596873

As far as the clutch, I couldn't find a how to but I'll give you a quick run down.

1. Remove the 6, 12-point bolts around the edge of the pressure plate. Remove them is a cris-cross fashion as well.
2. Remove the pressure plate and clutch.
3. If you're replacing the pilot bearing, the easiest way is to remove the flywheel and knock it out, if not continue. (Most clutch kits come with one.)
4. Resurface flywheel at some macine shop.
5. Using alignment tool, align clutch disc and then slide pressure plate on top.
6. Bolt down pressure plate, again in a cris-cross fashion.

If you've never done it before, allow yourself the better part of a day so when something doesn't go as planned, because it will, you have the time to spare. Most people who have dropped the tranny/replaced the clutch can do it within 3-4 hours.

You didn't search hard enough: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=642479

Under engine FAQs look at the tranny ones.

i went and got the manual but it did nothing!! there is a thread on here that was for a prelude that had pics and a step by step thing and i was pretty much the same way, but i do not remember the exact address of the page. I planned for 4 hours to do it, but it took from 9am till 12am haha and we have had some lite trans. experiance, the more guys you have the faster it will go, and air tools i would say are a must i do not know how the guys on here can do them without!
