Chipped ECU and emissions

Ok, i just failed emissions for the 3rd time. I do have a chipped ecu... found that out after i bought it. It does say spoon on it so i am assuming that is the chip/program it has. Could that be why my emissions are almost doubble the leagal limit for HC and a the others are very high as well? It says I am running rich too.

Any help would be awsome, thanks.

If it is some random chip that isn't tuned for your motor, kiss emissions goodbye. Either swap the ECU for a stock one or get the ECU re-chipped and tuned.
