My Chilton’s repari manual had the sheet for SOHC engines (1996-1998 civic), I’m sure the 1999-2000 manual will have the one you’re looking for.

I am looking for the measurements for my valves when i adjust them. I don't have the book for my car so that doesn't help, but if ne one has a 99-00 book and can copy and send it to me that would be awesome.

If you're looking to adjust the valve clearance the specs for a 99-00 SI B16A2 engine is:
clearence COLD
intake ------- 0.006-0.007 in (0.15-0.19mm)
exhaust ------ 0.007-0.008 in (0.23-0.27mm)
clearence COLD
intake ------- 0.006-0.007 in (0.15-0.19mm)
exhaust ------ 0.007-0.008 in (0.23-0.27mm)
