ok here is the deal i am changing my mounts from the stock one in my 97 civic to a set of aftermarket set i was able to get the driver side one and my tranny side, now i was able to get the rear bracket out and took the mount out i put the new mount in but i can't get the rear bracket back in what should i do to make it easy for me to get it back in?

 

Use a pry bar to move the engine a little.

 

do you think if i take the mounts off and lift the engine up it would help me some???

nothing but time when it comes to my civic now that i am done with school no more college (YES) i can work on it all i want until i find a real job nahmean but i don't have an engine lift i was wondering if i just jack it up with a hydro jack and do one mount and jack it up from there i should be good right?

 

which mount should i take off the driverside or the passenget side?
