At idle the vacume is suppose to make the fpr open, lowering the fule press. right??? at idle mine doesn't open at all, I even took off the return line and nothing ever comes out, how do I fix it because I'm pretty shure it's running rich...

 

I would shop for a new one, they're cheap. Once it goes bad, I wouldn't trust it again.
