Default Car accident...look repairable?

Had a car accident the other day..does this look like it can be fixed from what you see?

No engine damage. The bar where the hood latch is is fucked up(bent like crazy), radiator looks damaged. headlight is shattered. Bumper has holes and gashes, fenders are bent.

definitely fixable, they won't total an em1 over that little bit of damage. looks like you need a new radiator, radiator support, bumper, and some minor bodywork... i'm guessing around 1500 in work? maybe a little more, kinda hard to tell from your cell phone pic

lol yeah, the cell phone pic is pretty bad. So the bar that the hood latches onto and where the headlights connect to is the radiator support?

yeah, the area that goes across there (that the radiator bolts to) is the radiator support. you should be able to just have your quarter panels repaired, they really don't look bad at all enough to be replaced. paint and blending the paint into the other body panels is a good chunk of the repairs... ebp is a pain in the *** to blend correctly.

The $1500 estimate is a little low. If the airbags deployed, try like $3500, no airbag deployment, around $2200.

If the insurance company covers the repairs, (if your weren't at fault) then let them buy a new hood, sell it on here, and use whatever you make off that to buy a CF hood and the rest is money in your pocket.

i had kinda the same accident in my 96..

hood
front core support
radiator
both front fenders
o2 sensor was broken
powersteering fluid tank broken
paint
frame machine to check the frame but it was ok
35 hours labor

the total was 3400.. and the airbags did NOT go off..

im sure yours will be less if you didnt have the same amount of damage..

Does yours actually work? Everyone I know who has one, myself included, has nothing but problems with it.
(ie - whenever i want to go on the internet with it I have to turn it off first)

The hood, bumper, radiator, AC fan, radiator support, both fenders a mildly bent, right headlight is shattered. Engine and tranny are fine. Most likely replacing the hood with VIS CF. I'll let you know the estimate on repairs tomorrow once I hear from the body shop.

mine was worse than that minus the radiatior getting fucked up. i did all my **** for under a grand. get some jdm fenders for like 150 bucks. i would recomend that you take it to a body shop have them pur on your radiator support, take it hope buy the hood fenders and head light your self put it all on cause now all you have to do is un screw and screw in lol and take it back and have them re-paint your front end. you can get that done for like 400-700.
