So i just bought a black housing diamond headlights off ebay, and it came with the city lights with wires, my question is where do you guys connect the city light wire to make it works when the parking light is on.

 

tap them to the corner lamps.

 

but then when i have the signal lights on they will blink blink with the signals together.

 

You will need to wire them constant on with the conor lights. Their are three wires on the parking lights. Ground 12V and switched. You want 12V and ground. Generally the two outside wires.
