Crankshaft seal leaking? Help!
Heres the deal, for a while I've been leaking a lot of oil. When I clean everything off, it doesn't take long before it gets nice and messy again. I'm thinking it is the rear crankshaft seal, because the oil is leaking down the tranny side of my oil pan, and the bottom of my transmission gets soaked. I've already replaced the oil pan gasket twice
, and there is no where else the oil can be coming from.. New cam seal, VTEC solenoid is clean, and so is everything on the head.. Its coming from inbetween the transmission and the block. It doesn't seem like my tranny is leaking, because I just checked fluid level and its still full, so I'm assuming the problem is my rear crank seal.
If it is my rear crank seal, do I have to worry about my clutch getting ruined? It still feels fine and its been leaking for months now.
Can somebody give me some tips on the seal install? I don't want to have to do this more than once.
Thanks

It sounds like you already have the location identified, but in case you want to be 100% for sure:
(You probably know to do this already, but I'll mention it anyways)
1. Clean the engine, especially the areas around where the seals are located
2. Sprinkle talcum or baby powder liberally around those areas
3. Drive the car for 10-20 minutes
4. Pop the hood. Now look for the dark brown syrupy areas - there's your leak!
I can't offer any help about the clutch/oil question though. Sorry

Yep. I've already isolated the leak, Its coming from inbetween the tranny and the block.. dripping down the oil pan and the bottom of the tranny... Everything above the block is clean.
