You need different knuckles if your going from 9.4" rotors to 10.2". You can use:
92-00 Civic & Del Sol with ABS
93-00 Civic EX 2dr
99-00 Civic Si 2dr
94 Del Sol Vtec
90+ Integra

What size master cylinder did you install?
If it's a 7/8" you will need civic calipers (from any of the civic/sol listed above). If it's a 15/16" or larger, you will need integra calipers...

It sounds to me like you need the whole front brake assembly. I believe that Hmotorsonline sells them for $75 a pair (calipers/rotors/knuckles). I would probably opt to buy from ImportAutoSalvage though (contact Larry Jr.). They guarantee ALL their parts, and have super cheap shipping. If you have a problem with any of their normal used parts, they'll replace it (I know from experience). Make sure your getting the brake lines too, otherwise your going to have to hunt some down...

Your going to need to buy pads/rotors/shims/retainers no matter who you source the parts from, so be prepared. These items deteriorate very quickly in a salvage yard...

Hmotorsonline looks like it is much cheaper compared to ImportAutoSalvage. ImportAutoSalvage is selling the front spindle for 70 bucks with shippping for each side, not including the calipers. is there a different between integras with abs or non-abs? is there anything else i need to know regarding the brake swap?

i need: calipers, rotors, pads, spindles/knuckles (same right?), retainers and lines. swap is direct bolt on without any modifications?

Integra knuckles, 94-01, are all the same. You can also use ex/em1 knuckles.

Your list is correct

(I dont know how many times we need to cover this)

No change in geometry at all.

Get them Hmotors since 75 is a really good deal...

Civic EX 2dr comes with 14" wheels and 10.2" brakes, so you should be good to go...

I think you can use your old bearings & hubs (not 100% though). You may also want to transfer your lower balljoints IF the ones on the new knuckles don't feel tight & smooth.

Make sure you take the time to dissassemble, clean & lube all the new parts you get. The caliper guide pins are super important. If they freeze up, your whole caliper is junk since you won't be able to disassemble it. If the new lower balljoint feels good, make sure to jently remove the boot & re lube it also. You will also wan't to pack the bearings before you install them into the new knuckles. It seems like a lot of work, but it's deffinently worth it in the long run...

Does anybody else know if you can use the smaller knuckle's "hub/bearings" on the EX/Teg knuckle?
