Selling Type R Question
The buyer told me that I need to provide the credit union with a smog certificate that's within 60 days old. I thought the buyer was suppose to smog the vehicle after the transaction? Does anyone have any experience dealing with a credit union when you sold your car? Thanks.

are you in CA?
then yes it has to be smogged before selling it.
but if the car is already sold it is out of your hands.
it is now his responsibility to smog it
