suspension techniques rear sway bar? will it fit my eg with ITR LCA's?
I have ITR rear lca's on my hatch. Will those L brackets fit onto where the shocks mount? Because where the L brackets mount.. the ITR lca has a nut that is welded on for the shock bolt to go through.
As where the stock rear lca setup would have the nut welded onto the shock. (but the nut on the shock faces the rear end of the car, whereas the ITR lca's nut faces the front of the car.
From pictures i see, the L bracket to hold the endlink for the ST kit faces the front of the car.. on the stock LCA it mounts on the flat surface of the shock fork...
but on the ITR lca there is a welded nut... So basically the ITR setup and stock setup's bolts and nuts are on the opposite sides..
Would it be possible to break the weld of the nut and run the bolt the other way like the stock lca's are?
I know this sounds confusing.. but can anyone help me out?
