Default another turbo question

Which turbo to get for a b16a2 motor? I'm not looking for huge power. I'm more into quick spool. A range of 220-260 at about 8-10 psi. No future plans.
Turbonetics T3 .54 trim super 60
Turbonetics T3/t04 .54 trim
GT25R
GT28R
GT30R

the gt25 and gt28 has internal wastegate. is that okay? if not, is there a way to make it external wastegate. how much psi' can the internal wastegate hold?

i want to sell it yes
but judging by garrets flow charts...a gt28r or gt28rs is the perfect turbo for that motor...and i have seen it hit 225ish at 7 psi on a b16....so check it out....

and unless your planning on making obscene amounts of power....which irepsect but personally am not into....the internal gate will be fine

A GT28R or a GT28RS would be great. Personally I'd go with the GT28RS, it will spool very quickly and you'll be right in the middle of its efficiency range at your power goals, plus it will make more power if you get your engine built later (I got 380 WHP out of mine, but that was pushing it). The GT30R would be massive overkill, the power range for it is 350-500.

If not, what are other turbo choices for my motor and power level. I'm just in the field for quick spool.

spool up starts around 2800 or so on your motor....and i believe you should see full boost by around 3600

a straight t3....not a t3/t4 hybrid....straight t3s can take up to around 3600 to start making a nice amount of boost....dont forget....your motor is a 1.6...meaning your turbocharger will take a LITTLE bit longer to spool because its exhaust velocity is not the same as say a 1.8 liter....its not about the size of the turbocharger...its about its efficiency and what your goals are with the car

ball-bearing isnt really for power...i mean it does help the turbo spool a little quicker etc...but from what ive seen it increases the life of the turbocharger...plus the 28r is watercooled...which is an added bonus...if you want PM me ...ill hit you up with my dyno chart from tuning this wednesday

Comparing a GT28R and T3 .54 Trim, how many rpm faster will the GT28R be over a T3 considering that its ball bearing and smaller. Is it bad to have internal wastegate? Will GT28RS give me faster spool than GT28R?
