Default lsvtec vs. poormans type r

which of these two motors is the best for 1\4 mile. i am going to put it in an ef but im not sure which one to put?

poorman's R, way better you get the GSR bottom which is much stronger.

i want to keep it all motor. i hear so mcuh about ls vtecs power and i have searched poormans type r but i dont seem to find a lot of info on it. so i dont know wut kind of power comes from a poormans type r. either motor i get ima fully built it.but i want to know which is worth building?

someone also told me to just get a strocker kit for my b16 but how much power will i get from that?

Stroking a B16A is not a great idea. First, remember that the B16A block is shorter. Regardless of what they do in terms of the piston pin placement, you will end up with a rod ratio that is worse than a P72 (GSR) bottom end. Secondly, stroking a B16A is going to cost more than a P72 block.
