I'm currently using NGK ZFR7F-11 on 8psi . .

BKR7E

I gap mine as far out as possible before the I start to miss, etc. Usually about .028 like blackeg above.

i had the same plugs on my sohc vtec turbo gapped at .031ish, i believe i was experiencing spark knock. for this setup i went down to .028 and its all good.

how much are you guys paying for the bkr7e's? i went to my local napa and it came to be $9.40 for 4.

BCPR7ES part #3330 with a gap of .028.

BKR7E's @ .030" gap. It was never dyno'd, but it never misfired up to 9psi on a SC34.
