Whatever the noise is, I really dont think replacing the transmission is necessary. If everything is covered under warranty, there really is not a reason why you should pay a penny unless they tell you beforehand.

They can say anything they want, but you never know until you try greasing it up.

If it's under warranty, you shouldn't be paying them anyways

they said i would be charged if the clutch was all burned up from bad driving, but i dont think that would happen, im just afraid that they are gonna charge a ton of money for a new tranny, hopefully its just something small

They might. But what choices do you have? I may drive to orlando to help pull a head on tuesday nights... ft laud to help install FD, clutch, etc on weekends.. but us FL people can't go to CA.. lol There are a lot of cali people though, find some to help you figure out what's wrong with it.

The dealer is about to bend you over.
Be ready.

I really don't see why they would not charge you on a new pressure plate, but would charge you on a whole new tranny if it's under warranty. It should be the other way around. The pressure plate is more of a wear & tear item than the rest of the tranny is. I smell something fishy.
