Default Benifit of using jdm type r trailing arms vs 1995 gsr trailing arms on 5 lug conversion?

is there a difference between the two, like width or something?

The benefits are:
1. type R has stiffer bushings
2. you don't have to do the work of transferring type R rear hub and brakes to
GSR trailing arm
3. I believe Honda designed in different compliance so that type R trailing arms
behave differently in compression to enhance handling. It's either that
or the extra 5mm of track in the rear.

I'm not sure if the stampings are the same since Honda has different part # for the
arms (probably because of the bushings).

So, does converting to the ITR 5-lug will increase the regular Integra track by 5mm each side? Does that mean that the stock wheel offset will be 50mm instead of 45mm?
