how to flush radiator fluid.
let the car cool down
take the rad cap off
and under the car on the bottom of the rad there will be a plastic wing nut. unscrew and watch it flow from the nipple--------------and catch in a bottle

Somewhere between those 2 extremes, how about this...
1 Drain the radiator like Rope says.
2 Back of the block, near the oil filter, is a drain bolt to let out more coolant.
3 Fill, run, & drain a few times until it comes out clear.
4 Add 1 gallon antifreeze & enough water to fill.
5 Run, push air towards bleeder screw at thermostat, or to radiator cap.
ps... have the heater temperature set to full-hot the entire time.

Don't forget to go ahead and replace the thermostat while draining fluid. I use Honda antifreeze because it's long life and already pre mixed.
