Default replacing valve train parts need to change valves as well?

i am gettgin ready to swap in my ITR block.. however i think my gsr head with 133k miles on it needs some refreshing..

i planned on picking up:

rocket motorsport springs and retainers
honda valve stem seals

do i need to upgrade the VALVES as well? or will they be ok...... so i need to upgrade to say ITR valves since they are a tad bit lighter??

other than replacing valvesprings and retainers and valvestem seals the head should be ok corect? or am i forgetting anything??

might as well replace the valves while you are at it. save up a few more bucks. try to upgrade. it will save you time later on. maybe upgrade to something that is stronger then oem if you plan to build ur car up.
