Default wipers b messed up

ok, so i turn my car on after someone let my nephew into it and he was pressing buttons and what not. the wipers are on as i go to turn them off i notice the speed doesnt change and they dont shut off, so i take out the fuse and drive, i replace the fuse and they r still messed up it doesnt look like the switch works accept i can still pull it for wiper fluid, i have the fuse out so i can drive my baby and not look like an ***, my luck rain is in the forecast so i need some help from my honda boys.

my only idea is to maybe replace the stalk cluster, they tend to break easily. they're not hard to replace, either, pull the wheel, take off the 2 or 3 screws on the bottom of the cover, and then the two screws in the front. the 88-89's are different then the 90-91's because of where the hazard switch is, but i believe it can be moved over/taken off if you get the wrong one.

junkyard would be the best bet, or you could take it apart and look to see if you can fix whats wrong. its just when the plastic is cracked and broken its usually not worth it.

edit, if you wanna pay shipping, i have one off a 90-91 that has the switch for rear wiper that you could just probably have. (if you don't have a rear wiper, thats just an extra switch there that does nothing)
