pull the driver side air vent out that is by the door. there will be a harness that has 14 points in it. not all may be wired when counting.

also there will be a hose of some sort or place for one on the rear lower drivers side of intake manifold

between the drivers side headlight and the strut tower there will be a 4 point harness

and then you need the buttons, actuator and i think thats it

So are the EGs wired up for cruise control? I'm trying to install cruise control in my hatchback.

you have to look for the harnesses i said to see. if they are there, then you need the switches and actuator. if they arent there, good luck

You also need the brain. I have one but it came out of my 96 ex. I'm sure it will work as long as the connectors are the same. And the throttle linkage.

from the looks of it, i'm going to need a new pedal assembly as well... and do lots of wiring....

I'm pretty sure I got all the parts necessary covered... just need to get the wiring part down

I don't have the underhood harness:

Indeed.

You will need:

Pedal assembly # 2 and everything above it. From the looks of it...

yeah, I bookmarked that awhile back. I never thought I'd would plan on doing such a conversion though I don't think anyone has done it before so I'm kinda on my own on this. Look out for a write up soon though

Can anyone with a 92-93 CX/DX/VX model hatch look and see if they have the harness plug for the cruise control actuator that's next to the driver side strut tower?

From working under my dash all day, I was relieved to see how much cleaner the wiring looked in a DX (less and more space). It was not prewired for cruise control. This was on a DX coupe. Sorry bro.

Not sayin it's a bad idea, but why would you want to go through so much for cruise control? I will probably take mine out eventually. I rarely use it.

Word of advice, in case you don't already do this, but take out your front seat. It's more comfortable, especially if you're going to be awhile.

I was always lazy when it comes to taking the seat out... but that is a very good suggestion
