Explain the "mexican" em1

If this is indeed the same em1 as the US than all you would need are the control module, the vacuum module, vacuum hose. The em1 should come pre-wired, someone must've removed it when you bought it. I'll be damn if the swap the pedals....

As I know... everything is equal to american one...
  • it have no factory cruise control
  • no factory ABS sistem
  • B16A2

The only difference that i know is that it comes in kilometers on the dashboard, not in miles

In addition to what tony_2018 posted above, all you should need is the cruise control harness, the steering wheel with the CC switch and the above dash switch.
You could skip the steering wheel swap and mount a switch elsewhere.

The cruise control harness should already be in the car, you can probably walk out and confirm this by looking near the driver side motor mount. If you see a square plug tape to the harness than you probably have the cruise control harness already.
