Help - Cel Code 41 - Primary O2 Sensor - Heater Circuit Malfunc.
My buddies 97' Civic is throwing a CEL 41 code.. 41 says "Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater Circuit Malfunction".
Does just mean that the O2 sensor needs to be replaced?

I have reset the ecu a few weeks ago and it returned..
His car is constantly stalling as well when he is at a stop..

Not throwing any other codes? A PO2S shouldn't cause the stalling problem.. for the heater circuit especially.. at least I can't see why it would.

Sounds like a bad O2. If the ECU can't get a reading it'll go full rich.

Do the codes come in a series or do you have to turn off the ignition and repeat to get all the codes?

No other codes.. WTF is the heater circuit? Is that part of the 02 sensor??

They'd come right after each other..
Anyone got a spare 02 sensor for me to try to see if thats the prob?
