Default TUrbo B16 mystery problem

heres the deal i go down to try to get my car tuned and we get everything setup,
so start trying to make pulls on the dyno and everytime the car gets over 5k it falls flat on its face and its only making like 120hp and 130tqA(will post sheets later), it just sounds like its popping real bad, I put brand new ngks it, changed rotor ,cap, even another distrubitor that came off a 500 hp car, and still the same thing, the a/f was within range, the car runs fine, no vacum leaks, did a comp test everything is within spec, injectors only running in the mid 70's, me and locash were puzzled in what the hell can it be the issue? lookin at the dyno graph it looked like a ignition problem but then did all that **** and same result, so lets hear what everyone has to say
here is the mods
b16a2 w jdm b16 cams
drag manifold
t3/t4 59 mm .70 a/r cold side/ .48 a/r on the hot side stge 3 wheel
jrc 8in ic
dsm450's
2.5 dp to 3in exhaust
hondata s200
turbonetic evo wastegate 7psi spring

What amount of ignition timing for amount of boost were you running ?

what map sensor are you running? If other than stock, please ensure that the 3 bar map sensor that you're using isn't a 2 bar map sensor, for it really throws the Hondata off a bit so that it seems as though it can't boost well.. verify the part number.

i have a B16A2 in my hatch that is turbo'd mine is fully built but i ran into some misfiring problems as well, but mine was occuring around the 300 mark.

i tried all the same crap, new dizzy, wires, plugs, gas. i did however gap myplugs at .22 like above said, if i gap them at .25 it goes crazy.

what plugs are you using?

samll bore motors dontl ike timing but for some reason my timing is insanely high, so it may not be that you need to pull timing you may need to add, mine is in the mid to upper 20s before the boost retard
