I'm getting ready to install an ammeter gauge in my girlfriend's honda and was wondering what is the easiest way of doing it? The connectors say i need battery positive and alternator negative. so any help with this installation would be great. thanks.

an ampmeter aka voltage gauge ???

 

read the directions that come with it it doesn't take a genius

 

If it is a volt gauge, there is 3 wires out of the back, 1 is ground you can put this anywhere there is metal to the chassis, there is also an illumination wire that hooks up to your lights so when your ligths go on the guage lights up, that one should go to your headunit power wire (red) on the harness, than there is another wire left over which should go DIRECTLY to your battery so there is no interference to send the meter crazy and is most accurate
