what the hell is this code.

turn car to ignition the ecu gives me:

4 short blinks
Pause
8 short blinks
Pause
9 short blinks
Pause
and starts over again.

does anyone know how to read this? how do i diagnose this? any help would be appreciated

TDC Sensor (Top Dead Center)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

CYP Sensor (Cylinder)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
* not a valid code for any throttle body injection Hondas
** not a valid code for V-6 engines

or the dizzy is not grounded or the plug is loose/unpluged

so i checked the dizzy, pulled it out entirely, cap and rotor were fine.. the 2 plugs on the dizzy were shot, i just replaced em. this was a bitch code.
