Default OBDII Code 13

Okay finally got my **** bolted on. No misfires (cleaned spark plug hole and put in some NGK BKR7E's and it work great. No stalling). Anyway I revved it in neutral to see if I would get a vaccum reading ont he gauge...nothing. Recheck any p[laces where a vacuum leak can exist. Recheck...no reading. So I am not boosting whatsoever. I'll figure that out later. My question is, what6 the **** is a BARO sensor. I am getting a code 13 and that is one of three things

BARO sensor circuit range/performance fault
BARO sensor circuit low input
BARO sensor circuit high input

That is thge only code I am getting but it didnt happen until I reached around 3K or so RPM.
