Help Rust on bottom door panel!!!

just noticed today that i have rust surface on the bottom of my door panel it realy small line but looking under the door it prety bad and it starting to move up how c ca i fix that what i need to do?

get a new door that's what i would do rather then deal with bullshit

You have to like go to pep boys and get the compound stuff and rust inhibitor. You will have to get it repainted though, but it will fix the problem and the rust won't spread anymore...

i live in canada pep boys don't exist here what compound i need? repainting it will it be visible that it was repainted or it you won't see any difference at all?
