should I turbo my d series motor or should I swap for a b16?
if you have suggestions pro's con's ect.. please help me out, I'm trying to find out
whats more worth the money. I don't want to build a drag car just a quick little car to cruise around in.

If you D has like 200,000 miles, I say swap too. But if it is in good condition boost it. I would still replace the seals and stuff no matter what engine you decide to use.

If you want reliability swap it or keep it at lower boost. If you have the money do a swap the b16 isnt a bad choice and mine seems to be reliable I have only broken an IACV and done basic maintenence. It seems more practical to me because I still save gas and dont have to worry about a lot of stuff that some of my friends with boosted engines do. Also I can still have fun if I want. Just my 2 cents.

it runs pretty strong but I will probably have build it a little to handle the boost but the best part is my buddy is going to give me a turbo kit from his old del sol that he blew the motor in... so it will be cheap... that way I can throw the turbo on then if it does blow my d series I'll just swap it then.
