Brake Lights, Cruise COntrol, Horn randomly went out? Fuse? which one...

Brake Lights, Cruise COntrol, Horn randomly went out? Fuse? which one...
Well a few weeks ago I got my ITR wing and put that on my gsr which now that theres no 3rd brake light i jsut connected those wires together. it was working now randomly my brake lights and my horn and my cruise control dont work anymore which makes no sense. I think its a fuse well at least thats all I can think of. But what fuse is it I looked on the box and everything and I cant figure out which fuse.
