yaeah if you change the bolts on the head, and clean the outside, you should pass deq.

The TB will bolt on but the throttle rotor is different on the GSR compared to the ITR and Civic Si.

It appears that you do not know what you are talking about. WTF do head bolts or bolts on the head have to do with a t/b fitting on an intake manifold is beyond me. GTFO!!!!!!!!
