does a gsr tb fit b16/itr intake manifold?
need to know for smog...also, does it matter which year gsr tb? i have a 99 civic si intake manifold...thanks

Yes it will fit but you'll have to swap the B16's throttle pulley over to the GSR TB. The GSR tb pulley mounts the cable opposite because of the way the GSR intake manifold is setup. here's a comparo pic of what i'm talking about:
