Open Exhaust?
I was bored so i disconnected my muffler and drove around for a couple minutes with it off. Loud as hell but felt like the car was breathing alot better. Put it back and feels wack again
. Whats the downsides of keeping it unbolted? I didnt remove the whole muffler, I took the 2 bolts out and stuck the springs inbetween the two pipes to make a gap. So whats the downside of keeping it like that? Loss of power? Loss of MPG? Just wondering...

my back box sheered off a few weeks ago carried on driving with it hanging in place to stop being pulled, all it did was give me a banging headache especially when the v-tech kicked in, ended up getting it fixed and putting a straight through back box on still as loud from out side but not in as the noise isnt coming from under the car so close, dont know weather its right but i was told it can throw flammable vapours on the underside of the car running it without a backbox. as for mpg it has reduced mine
