Default Air fuel ratio tuning

Whats the best way to do this?Im running a Jdm d15b vtec with a VAFC 2.

Get a wideband O2 sensor.

Use the aforementioned wideband O2 and use the VAFC in conjunction with a dyno to tune the afr. You could always do the tuning on the street but is tough to do full pulls on the street without attracting alot of attention.

Will the wideband o2 sensor and vafc 2 show the air full ratios?
