Default engine not firing on all cylinders, changed plugs/wires now it wont start at all wtf???

i'm puttin a b18c in my 94 cx and it wouldn't idle right, it'd start run really badly like it wasn't firing on all cylnders, so i replaced the plugs, and now it won't start at all, it turns over but it won't start
