Default K.. did a swap.. now i'm confused.

alrighty, the ls non-vtec is in.. ls ecu is in.. all main harnesses are plugged in, but this was a 95 ex, abs an all. but.. with a cable tranny so no sensors into the tranny.. the headlights aren't plugged in, but the main fuse box is, the starter is hooked up.. disty is wired in. from my knowledge even tho the ls disty was orginially a single plug.. the ex was a dual, i made a "conversion" harness to go from one to the other without being hacked up... taking the blue and black wire for (power i'm assuming?) and ran it seperately.. anyways.. hooked the battery up... turned it to on.. getting no fuel pressure, or dash lights.. or windows.. all fuses are good.. any idea's? i'm assuming it's an ecu problem.. even tho i'm 99% sure everything is compatable. any posts greatly appricated.

if you think its an ecu problem why not use your old ecu and see if it will startup.

Dash lights and windows are in no way connected to the ECU and will work fine without one. Look for your problem elsewhere.

double checked the grounds, grounded the hell out of the motor, same problem, i didn't assume they were connected to the ecu, but i'm curious if they continue across thru the engine bay harness at all? perhaps the harness coming from the passanger side thru the engine bay to the driver side isn't conneted properly? if anyone has any type of info it's greatly appricated, only thing changed from the 94 ex car.. is the ls motor, the ecu, and the disty.. i re-wired the disty, and left the factory harness from the ex in there, fro which people in my area tell me.. is fine to use... the ls is from an obd1 aswell.. along with the ecu... thanks for the time.

i know this might sound stupid but is your battery fully charged? i would seriously check your fuses again. make sure everything is hooked up properly.
