Default BKR7E-11 OR BKR7EIX-11 or for my boosted dc2?

Hey guys I have been looking all over my city (in canada) for these plugs and cannot find them! will probably end up ordering online.
I have read so many threads on HT but they are all over the place and I could not find any solid info. I am running about 14psi with 300whp.
Questions:
-Should I get these NGK bkr7e plugs? these are iridium correct? what the diff with the -11, pre-gapped?
-SHould I get the BKR7EIX-11 stock # 6988 or stk # 1283?
-what should i gap them to?
-Any other suggestions of plugs I could have better access to locally?
-also are these plugs made for motorbikes..?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated, I need new plugs soon!

I got BKR7E plugs (no -11) at advanced autoparts for 1.69 each. They had to order them, but they were there the next day. The part # is 6097. The -11 just means that they are pregapped I believe, but you may want to check that to make sure that it is between .028 and .032 for your engine.

i just ordered myself 4 bkr7e's today for this weekend. the -11 means they are pregapped, but you will more than likely be regapping them closer anyway. try gapping somewhere around .028-.030 inch to start

http://www.rockauto.com has BKR7E's in sets of 10 for ~$16 before shipping. I think mine were like $21 shipped to me. Plenty of plugs for frequent changes. You can't even buy 4 iridiums for that much.

http://www.rockauto.com calculates shipping at the absolute cheapest as $15 USD to my door.. almost the same price as 10 plugs, haha.

I hate living in Canada sometimes

dude, all you have to do is go to ngk.com and type in the number and see for yourself! the diff between those 2 is one is ISO height, the other JIS height (distance from seat to the terminal).
