I have a 94 dx hatch and I have the 1.5 in it and I want to run atleast a 15.9 with no vtec. Here is the catch I not going to put any money in the d series, what cheap or free parts, stock or aftermaket, can I get to reach this goal. I am doing this just to see if I could do it. The reason why I'm not spending money on the d series is to save for a swap. It ran a 16.5 at 80 with a cai, now i have a cai, stock exhaust with a free flow muffler, ls throttle body,ebay header,aem cam gear, d16a6 cam,and now with suspension. I got all this stuff free. I don't know single cams very well, what other stock parts would be better to put on, and i don't have a dyno so i don't what set my cam gear any help would be great, or other tricks. Thanks!

how did you get them free? and at least your motor has over 100hp.

 

yes it has to be streetable, nobody I know wants their sohc parts so get them
