Crank Fluctuation Sensor??? Will it rob hp?

just wondering if the sensor not being hooked up will effect the hp or the way the car runs? what exactly does it do? thanks.

all it does is tell the ECU where a missfire occurs, basically telling it which cylinder is causing the missfire. and in some cases, i dont know about honda's but in toyota's and lexi's it will tell you % of time that cylinder is missfiring. it is basically an obd2 only sensor. notice it isnt on any JDM engines. because they still use obd1 software.

alls it does is just tell the ecu where the crank is, no it shouldnt rob power. i may be wrong, but i am abo9ut 98% sure of it.
