I have a first gen b16a and I replaced the water pump and timing belt with 95 del sol ones. The problem is that the dam belt does not want to tighten up. I followed every step correctly on my manual and it still wont tighten up. The only thing tha I could think of is the tensioner pulley spring is worn out and is not tightening the belt enough. Does anybody have any suggestions.
