Default BUILDING MY D15B FOR BOOST

ok im planning on boosting my car this month and i just needed a little help i need to knonw where i can find sleeves for a d15b and pistons and rods i have looked a little bit on ebay but i couldnt find any? so if anybody could help me that would be great thanks............

Any reason you want to do it on a D15? The sleeves may need to be custom...not sure.

I did the math on sleeving a D15 vs. D16. I liked the idea of the better rod ratio, but it ended up not being worth it. With all new forged internals side load isn't an issue. And the extra revability isn't really that usable, either. If anything, the extra displacement will give 'slightly' better spool.

I'd suggest picking up a blown D16 shortblock for $50 (or less) and starting with that. More off-the-shelf parts means more competition means better prices....

Couldn't agree more. Aftermarket internals are very limited for the d15b and you would be better off starting with a d16a6, d16z6, or d16y8.
