my boy bought a 92 DX hatch shell and put a 97 CX motor in it but the car wont start. he switch the intake manifold, injector, ECU, and fuel rail to a 95 EX. plus he did a OBD2 to 1 distributor. any suggestion any one?

do a search, and after u search check FUEL, SPARK, TIMING

 

the car is getting fuel but its not sparking.
