yeah, if figured it out. but now i got the car started, and its running like ****. keeps dieing whenever i let my foot off the gas. throwin codes 23 and 14. 23 being the knock sensor, which isn't making it run like ****, and 14 being the idle air control valve, which i have no clue what that is nor how to fix it

The IACV is on the front of the intake manifold...it has coolant running through it to sense coolant temperature, and thus adjust the idle...make sure the coolant lines aren't backwards...other than that, you can check the connection...

thanks dude. i got that figured out. now i got another problem. my damn tranny is stuck in reverse. it was taken apart to try an put in a lsd, but it was a shitty lsd, and didnt' fit. and to the best of my knowledge the transmission was put back together the exact same way we took it apart. ne ideas on how u get it out of reverse? could it be theres not enough fluid in there?
