Default IACV problem

my h22a has the coolant lines on the iacv missing

can anyone tell me is it better to hook the lines up or bypass the iacv
if the lines should be hooked up where do they come from?

not sure if where the coolant lines come from is too much important. as long as its got coolant going through it you should be in good shape. might as well take it off and clean it too. i cleaned mine today. it was a little dirty.
