what is a good fuel pressure reading for a b16,b18,b20 motor?

stock should be around 35-45 somewhere around there.

it depends on your mods, and the motor. b16 is lower like 38 ish gsr is more like 42ish. also, higher pressure isnt always better. cam gears also need tuning with fuel pressure tuning. stock motor, keep it at oem specs.
