Manual Tensioner vs. Auto tensioner
Ok, I have been told that boosting my 5th gen Prelude with the auto tensioner will cause problems and going with a manual tensioner would be the best way to go. My queston is where I would go about getting everything necessary and what would this entail exactly? I want my car running as good as possible and don't want to have problems that can be avoided later on down the road. I have new valves, retainers and valve springs and will be going with new cams. That is why I am asking about this since I have been told it is better with a manual tensioner.
I am a n00b when it comes to small little details like this.

Trust me.. From first hand experience I did the t belt change with new auto tensioner and well I did it over twice.. I am now about to do the manual conversion on my car.. I ordered all my parts through honda.
the benifits for the manual tentioner far out weigh those of the auto tentioner. especialy if you have upgraded valve train or cams or both, its a must
