Slot it with a dremel and use a big screwdriver to unscrew it. You're lucky it broke up there and not down in the head like mine did. I just left the ****** there. So some oil gets out, who cares? Captain Planet can suck my dick.

take the valve cover off and replace that stud. get a new one from honda along with a new valve cover gasket. should take you all of 15 mins to fix.

Yup

You're lucky, the other SOHC valve covers are not studded and the bolts get broken in the head...which is a big PITA

there's a lot of way to do it:
1. like someone mentioned above... dremel a + groove and stick your screwdriver and poof!
2. get a vise grip and eureka!
3. not really necessary but drill through the center of the bolt... and use a reverse threaded easy out and kapoww youre done
4. take VC off, try to double nut it and remove
