B16a2 Hot idle problem.

B16a2 Hot idle problem.
I've searched and all I can find is cold idle problems.
Can anyone help!
I need this sorted before the weather gets warmer.
Recently the idle on the B16A2 is fine under normal circumstances. However, when it get s a little hot in traffic the idle surges to 1500rpm and down again.
Then as it get s hotter (presumably although the temp guage dont show anything hotter than normal) the idle steadily climbs and hold steady. It goes to 1500, 2000 and I have to keep turning it off when it idles at 3500.
As soon as I'm going and it cools the idle goes back to normal.
It had a new themostat 6 months ago, water system DEFINATELY has no air locks, new oil, plugs, cleaned throttle bodie and inleyt manifold fully. no ECU light displayed.
