Pioneer DEH 470MP, Rear speaker HELP
I have a 4 channel amp (for front and rear) and a 2 channel bridged (for base)
is it possible to connect my rear speakers (with amp) to this head unit and still get front to back fade adjustablitiy? there is not seperate rear speaker rca output from head unit. how can I make it work? everything else works fine?

In your picture you list the 2nd set of RCA outputs as Subwoofer out or Non-fading output. You sure it's not actually "Rear Output or Non-fading Output"? This is a more likely combination than having a front set and just a sub set. I haven't actually seen a head unit with a sub & front without a rear option.
Double check your radio manual... if you can change the 2nd set from non-fading (subwoofer output) to Rear Out, then there's your solution. The only issue you'll run into is you won't be able to control the "sub output" from the radio like you can with the 2nd set of RCA turned to Non-fading/subwoofer mode. If your subamp has a remote bass control then you can use that in place and everything will work out.
Also, alot of 4 channel amps have a RCA-Pass thru, there's inputs for the front pair, inputs for the rear pair, and a set of "output" rca's. You can use a little 3 foot RCA cable to go from your 4 channel's Output to the sub amp's input, then there's no need for RCA Y-Adaptors.
